Current Site Issues

We are aware of a few issues with broken links on the website, and are working hard to fix them. Some links are indeed broken and will link to our custom 404 error page. Unfortunately, the links in the 404 page are also broken.

Fear not however, as this will be rectified within the next 24hrs.

Thank you for your patience. You will find that the links and pages are now working correctly, and there should be no more 404 errors. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Support & Community Forums

We have launched our Forums!

In order to provide support for our customers we have launched our very own Support & Community Forums. GPTSolutions offer a wide range of services, and we feel that an online forum is the ideal program to allow all our customers to have access to the Support that they need from us. It also allows our customers to share their thoughts, comments, ideas and expertise with each other too, along with the ability to advertise your webiste/business in our Links Forum.

Presently we have created a Support Ticket System, allowing our customers to submit tickets for Technical, Billing, and General Enquiries. All tickets are private and confidential, and only viewable by yourself or the Admin and Support Team.

News feeds are also implemented, taking the news from the forums and displaying it here in real time. New news articals will be displayed here, with the newest news feeds first.

We are also working on an FAQ which will utilise the same technology, and will also include the ability for you to submit FAQ related questions. We will then use these questions to continuously update the FAQ in order to perfect it for future customers.

Renovation

GPTSolutions.co.uk is undergoing renovation!

We are making the website more unique by implementing some of the latest techniques and features. This upgrade will see the HTML pages we currently use dissapear, and PHP pages appear back in their place.

While we are not implementing a styling upgrade, a new logo is planned. With the renovation will include:

  • FAQ,
  • Community Support Forum,
  • Support Centre (utilising the use of Support Tickets for our customers)
  • Online Gallery.

We hope to complete the majority of the upgrades over the next few weeks, and we expect a minimum amount of downtime. Please check back regularly to see the updates and changes.
